Teddy’s Big Match
Marlborough Sports Garden – London Bridge SE1
Friday 28th September
Be part of Teddy’s Big Match, an amazing day-long game of 5-a-side football for charity in London Bridge on Friday 28 September !
Teddy is the young son of Jamie Mascaro, the director of 5aside.org. In April of this year, at the age of just 17 months, Teddy was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a life-threatening cancer with a poor prognosis. Teddy’s family are raising funds through Solving Kids’ Cancer for treatment which is not available on the NHS, which will require hundreds of thousands of pounds.
All we want is for you to come along and play football on Friday 28 September – this could be for 30 mins, 1 hour or all day*! You can join as an individual, with a friend or as a full team. The game is open to men and women and all we ask is for a donation of £10, all of which will go to Teddy’s fund.
There will also be drinks, giveaways and entertainment on the day so don’t forget to bring supporters with you or your friends or colleagues that can’t play …everyone is welcome.
When: Friday 28th September
Time: 12:00 – 19:00
Location: Marlborough Sports Garden (27 Union St, London SE1 1SD)
What else: On the day there will be drink, music and raffle prizes and everything we raise will go towards helping Teddy.
